Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging.
A restocking charge may apply to specifically noted items. Certain orders can not be returned due to their uniqueness and personalization to your specific request. See our Return & Exchange Policy below.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, bank transfers, or PayPal. At this time we can only accept payments from within the United States.
Shipping
Customer may specify shipment service (i.e. ground, 1-day, 2-day, 3-day), but we will select the optimal carrier to deliver the order.
Backorders
All in-stock items are shipped at time of order; out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and customer will be notified. All backorder items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available. If backorder period exceeds 30 days, we will notify the customer prior to shipment release. Backorders are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customers wishing to return merchandise to Campstovesandgrills.com must first email us at Returns@campstovesandgrills.com and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date. Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:

* Campstovesandgrills.com reserves the right to evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own discretion. *
Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of invoice date. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise. All returns should be sent prepaid shipping to 517 West 100 North Providence, UT 84332. Return shipping on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of the item. Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Campstovesandgrills.com is not responsible for any item not received at its warehouse. Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns. CAMPSTOVESANDGRILLS.COM DOES NOT HANDLE REPAIRS.
Cancellations
All orders (including backorders) may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. (Orders are shipped when shipping labels and tracking numbers have been generated). To cancel and order please contact by emailing us at customerservice@campstovesandgrills.com or buy sending a fax to 480-699-5788. Please include your contact information and order number. Campstovesandgrills.com WILL NOT CANCEL AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE. If order has been shipped it may be returned following the RA guidelines listed above.
Product Warranty
All warranties for products purchased through Campstovesandgrills.com are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. All issues, claims and questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturers

You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the web site. In the event that your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
